Motivation Analysis Test (English)
MAT is an objective 208 item device measuring adult motivational pattern. The test provides measures of 10 important comforts, social, and achievement needs. Five basic drives are ergs-caution, sex, self-assertion, aggressiveness, and self indulgence. Another five are interests that develop and mature through learning experience known as sentiments career, affection, dependency, responsibility and self-fulfillment. For each of the 10 areas, scores measure drive (or Need), satisfaction, degree of conflict, and total motivation strength (or Interest). It is meant for Higher Secondary or Adults or 16+ populations.
