Empathy Situational Test by Archana Dubey & J. Kaur Tandon (English)

This 47 items scale is developed on students of class XI/ age group. This scale intends to measure the social competency on three different dimensions: 1. Personal Adequacy, 2. Inter-personal Adequacy, and Communication Skills.

This scale consists 32 items divided into Six Dimensions: I. Adopting Social Values, II. Positive Self Identity, III. Interpersonal Knowledge and Skills, IV. Self Regulation, V. Planning and Decision Making Skills, and VI. Cultural Competence. It was administered on Senior Secondary School Students.
