Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development Perceptions Scale by Chanchal Tyagi and Pradeep Kumar Misra (English)

Teacher freezing is related with teaching competency, teacher’s effectiveness, change proneness and teacher’s innovativeness. It contains 74 items on a five-point Likert scale and measures total teacher freezing under eight areas — teaching, research, evaluation, resistance, interaction, organisation, participation and moral. It is highly reliable and valid instrument. It is administered on secondary school teachers.

This scale consists 42 items divided into Six Areas—I. Reflection, II. Teaching Learning Process, III. Autonomy of Learner, IV. Authority of Teachers, V. Development of Competencies, VI. Assessment. .It was administered on Secondary & Senior Secondary Level Teachers.
