Bhatia’s Battery of Performance Test of Intelligence (English)

This 34 items scale measures emotional intelligence through 10 factors: Self Awareness, Empathy, Self Motivation, Emotional Stability, Managing Relation, Integrity, Self-Development, Value Orientation, Commitment and Altruistic Behavior. This test is standard on adult executives.

This test a measure of five mental abilities in the form of Verbal and Non-verbal test. They are Analogy, Classification, Number Series, Reasoning Problems, and Absurdities. It is developed to measure the general mental ability of 7 to 11 year students.
