It contains 195 items which are grouped in A to L sections and known as physical distress section (pages one to three of the test) and M to R section is known as emotional and psychological distress (page 4th of the test) and all the four pages may be considered as total distress. It is a very useful test for assessing physical and emotional health of a normal person as well as patients. (Adult).
