This scale consists 40 items divided into Five Areas—I. Goal, II. Memory Power, III. Concentration, IV. Yoga, V. Solitude. It was administered on Students of agr group 13-24 Years.

This scale consists 17 items divided into four Dimensions: I. Intrusiveness, II. Psychological distress, III. Learned helplessness, IV. Self-blame. It is developed on female population of 17-30 years of age.
