Emotional Intelligence Scale (Situational) by Srinivasan & K Murugesan (English)

This 100 item inventory measures emotional intelligence under 4 areas. They are: inter Personal Awareness, Interpersonal Awareness (on emotions), Intra-personal Management (own emotions), Inter Personal Management (other than emotions). This test is standardized on 2200 children of both sexes. This test can be used among the students of 16 and above age group.

This is a 78 item scale measures spiritual intelligence on the following dimensions: The inner self, The inter self, Biostoria, Life Perspectives, Spiritual Actualization, and Value orientation and developed for the age group of 21 to 45 years old population.
