General Mental Alertness Test by R.P. Srivastava (English)

This inventory consists of 200 items into four factors. They are: Awareness of self and others, Professional Orientation, Intrapersonal Management, and Interpersonal Management. This test can be used among secondary and senior secondary school teachers.

This 46 item scale divided into five Areas: I. Self-Awareness, II. Self-Management, III. Self-Motivation, IV. Social Skills, and V. Empathy. This scale is developed on college student (UG & PG classes).
