    This scale consists 54 items divided into Four Dimension. It was standardized on Secondary School Teachers.

   This scale evaluates the disability area and academic area on the basis of symptoms and characteristics and the problem in reading, writing, reasoning, arithmetic, recall and retention among elementary children. Age group 6-11 years.
