Development of Teaching Learning Material, VI. Time Management, VII. Evaluation Process during Teaching-Learning, and VIII. Competencies related to working with Parents Community and other agencies. It is standardized on 700 Secondary School Teachers.

This scale consists 52 items divided into Six Dimensions: I. Institutional Planning, II. Curriculum Management, III. Financial Management, IV. Staff/Student Welfare Program, V. Administrative Function/Control, VI. Community Involvement. This test is standardized on secondary school students.
