It contains 90 items of 5-point response alternative and measures the planning, organization, communication and decision making aspects of administrative behaviour of secondary schools. It was used for various purposes on various types of school management like Govt. Corporation, private aided and private unaided. It was found highly reliable and valid by using various methods.
