This scale consists 20 statement divided into six factor:I Powerlessness, II Namelessness, III Meaninglessness, IV Social Isolation, V Self Estrangement, VI Cultural Estrangement. Age range 21 to 60 years

The questionnaire assesses individuals who have faulty perception of HiV infection, proving its usefulness to government and non-government organizations, counselors and scholars in identifying individuals vulnerable to the infection age group 16 to 19 years.
