Emotional Intelligence Test by Ekta Sharma (English)

This 100 item inventory measures emotional intelligence under 4 areas. They are: inter Personal Awareness, Interpersonal Awareness (on emotions), Intra-personal Management (own emotions), Inter Personal Management (other than emotions). This test is standardized on 2200 children of both sexes. This test can be used among the students of 16 and above age group.

This scale consists of 31 items have 4 areas: 1. Understanding Emotions, 2. Understanding Motivation, 3. Empathy, 4. Handling Relation. This test is developed on age 12+ population.
