Emotional Intelligence Test by Ekta Sharma (English)

This inventory consists of 200 items into four factors. They are: Awareness of self and others, Professional Orientation, Intrapersonal Management, and Interpersonal Management. This test can be used among secondary and senior secondary school teachers.

In order to assess academic giftedness, studying academic task commitment is desirable. Academic Task Commitment as the ability comprising, Endurance, Strong Ego Fascination & Perseverance, Self Confidence, Interest and Enthusiasm, Self Determination, Hard work and Dedicated Practice. This check-list is standardized on VIII to XII grade students.
