Employee Engagement scale by Santhosh Dhar and Upinder Dhar (English)

This scale contains 22 items and measures organizational climate on the basis of factor analysis on four areas: (i) rewards and interpersonal relations, (ii) organizational processes, (iii) clarity of roles, and (iv)sharing of information.

It contains 20 items on five-point response alternatives and it can be successfully used for screening out individuals who have low team orientation and are likely to have inhibiting influence on the performance of a team on Three factors: dependability, cooperation and sharing.
