Long Employee Attitude Scale by H. C. Ganguly (English)

This is a brief and comprehensive scale, contains 19 items and measures occupational self-efficacy through six factors. They are confidence, command, adaptability, personal effectiveness, positive attitude and individuality. It is self-administering.

This scale consists of 12 items under four areas, namely, nature of work, pay and security, supervision, company policies and practices. It measures the degree of job satisfaction of industrial workers. It is a highly reliable and valid instrument with standard score norms.
