Managerial Adaptability- In Adaptability Scale by Upinder Dhar, Vineet Singh Chauhan and Santosh Dhar (English)

   This questionnaire assesses work motivation of adults (both intrinsic and extrinsic). It has 26 items and on the basis of these 26 items six motivational factors will be identified: dependence, organizational orientation, work group relations, psychological incentives, material incentives and job situations.

This scale consists 36 items under four factors: 1. heroism, 2. organizational compliance 3. Sportsmanship 4. Loyalty. This scale is standardized on respondents of manufacturing industry.
