This scale consists 30 items divided into nine Dimensions: I. Workload, II. Role Ambiguity, III. Groupism and External Pressure, IV. Responsibility for Others, V. Powerlessness, VI. Work Relationships, VII. Working Conditions, VIII. Personal Inadequacy, IX. Lack of Motivation, The scale was personally administered on a sample of 1800 teachers working in all types of educational institutions (both government and private) including primary schools, elementary schools, secondary schools, colleges.
