      This 55 item rating scale measures the work culture of a teachers in every day working situation. The five dimension of teacher work culture measured through this scale are: 1. Team Work and Adjustability 2. Proactiveness, 3. Obligations, 4. Leadership and Work Scheduling, and 5. Role Clarity. This scale is standardized on secondary school Teachers.
