1.              This questionnaire consists 51 items divided into Seven Areas—I. Principles, II. Role of Teachers, III. Role of Learners, IV. Classroom Environment, V. Teaching Learning Method, VI. Curriculum, VII. Assessment. .It was administered on Secondary Level Teachers.

This scale consists 52 items divided into Six Dimensions: I. Institutional Planning, II. Curriculum Management, III. Financial Management, IV. Staff/Student Welfare Program, V. Administrative Function/Control, VI. Community Involvement. This test is standardized on secondary school students.
